Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy


This is an introductory programme covering the basics of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The goal is to improve the general knowledge of what CBT is and how it can be applied to assist with personal and professional problems. This programme is geared towards professionals such as social workers and psychological counsellors.  However, the programme would also benefit private individuals looking to learn more about CBT.
