Introduction to Crime and Violence Prevention in South Africa


This programme is aimed at crime and violence prevention professionals, and seeks to provide a sound introduction to crime and violence prevention in the South African context. 

The programme covers the main relevant theories and legislation, as well as practical examples of intervention implementation.

The outcome is to equip practitioners with the basis to design, implement and evaluate crime and violence prevention interventions in the South African context.

This programme is accredited for 3.5 CPD Points (SACSSP) until 24/10/2024.
