Basic Facilitation Skills

This programme is designed to equip NICRO staff and community members with basic facilitation skills.

This manual is based on existing train the trainer content, simplified, and revised for NICRO’s operating context.

You must complete the programme in 90 days before your purchased license expires.

NICRO runs a WhatsApp community that posts content weekly.

There are four channels in the community:

Youth Channel: This channel has content about lifeskills, learnerships, internships and education.
Parents and caregivers. This channel shares content about parenting.
Violence prevention practitioners. This channel shares content about resources practitioners can use in programmes and with clients.
Men and Boys channel: This channel aims to support men and boys with guidance and links to useful resources.
